Specification:

• Providing and fixing truly leveled and aligned false flooring/cavity flooring up to 600mm deep consisting of 30mm thick, 16mm Dia hot dip Galvanized M.S. Rod studs @ 610 mm c/c both ways fixed to floor with M.S. base plates and M.S. check nut welded to base plates
• 100mm x 100mm x 6mm hot dip galvanized M.S. base plate @ 610 mm c/c both way fixed to the floor with 4 nos. 35*6 dash fasteners
• Jack head made of pressure die-cast aluminum alloy, 2.5mm thick, having the channel shaped projections in four directions held by 5mm thick brackets, four pinheads on top, 16 mm Dia, 30mm long sleeve fitted underside of the jack head. The jack head fixed to rod studs with two M.S. check nuts to provide level adjustment up to 25mm
• Machine cut cold rolled, M.S. channels of 40mm x 40mm x 2mm section snapped on to the jack head in both directions to form a grid of 610mm x 610mm
• Size: 600x600x32cm, 600x600x40cm
